Graphic Cards Cheap way to connect PC to TV

Guy, I'm building a music PC ..need to connect it cheaply to my TV (CRT) just for song selection etc ...I already hv got the m/b ..and it does not hv TV-out .
Was going thro possibilities ..Found a VGA to TV converter in ebay.in ~ 1650 shipped.
Found the same one on ebay.com ~ $17 shipped.

Any other solution ?
 
A suggestion that got was to use an external TV Tuner. Apparently, the device has a VGA in and a component out. So does anyone have any experience with this kind of arrangement ? Its ~ 800 bucks ..
