I will be designing a website for a client who wants to educate people on a rare brain disorder-its a non profit site catered to creating awareness among people. I would like to know what would be cheapest web/domain hosting which offers good LIFETIME support and zero downtime?

But there was site which offer free space for non profit,but you have to buy domain.
