Well, you can try hostgator but they are certainly not cheap.

It will cost around 9.99$ if you buy per monthly basis.

I brought hosting in x10premium, its one of the best hosting providers, but had to buy it via my friend's Credit Card.

If u have small site, i can host you, as i have Unlimited Bandwith and Domains and stuff, my forum is consuming just 700 MB anyways.
 
Monthly with Debit Card facility( I assume Net banking)

Mostly Some of the companies have monthly basis payments on Unlimited domains hosting Plans.

My sincere advise is to not to Buy these Local members or sites Like Manashosting or outpower hosting Etc.. Etc... Basically, most of them are Resellers. So avoid them in order to avoid problems like Uptime,Support Etc..
