With all these 2Mbps unlimited talk going on, i am feeling cheated to shell out Rs. 1150 for 256kbps unlimited plan from Hathway which gives download speed of only 29-31 kbps. So can some1 suggest which broadband provider is giving out the most cheapest and the most reliable service with maybe free unlimited night time and speeds upto 2mbps.

, their new 2mbps plans are not being given in Delhi, some1 please correct me if I am wrong.
