can any one tell me what's the cheapest core2duo available in India?(intel or amd) I am helping my friend build his own system and he wants to go for cheapest processor available(so that he can spend more on gpu).

first of all, Core 2 Duo is brand trademark of Intel so there can't be any AMD procs with COre 2 Duo. Now if you say you want procy with 2 cores you have many choices.crvinay_4u said:core2duo available in India?(intel or amd)

tufel said:there is hardly any difference between e5200 and e7400 on paper but when u look at the benchmarks u can see there is a gud performance gap between the two. so the extra 1.5k is completely justified if u ask me. one more example a2 x2 250 and p2 x2 550---hardly any difference(in reviews).correct me if i am wrong.
