CPU/Mobo Cheapest Mini PC for Parsec

Looking for a cheap mini pc that can run Parsec without any issues.

Just to clarify when you say parsec, what exactly do you mean? do you want a pc that can use parsec to access another computer ( presumably a gaming pc or a workstation )? Or something else?

Mini pc will run a screen (Graph) that I want to see to on another pc screen.

yes its kinda like software that I made. What I want is to combine the screens of the mini pc with other pc.
