CPU/Mobo Cheapest motherboard, processor, ram combo to run win 8?

For home purpose...need to put together a simple rig, I have everything else, just need a motherboard, processor and ram.. I am thinking of spending around 5k or so for all of them...what do you think would be best purchase?

Would be buying from Delhi, Nehru place today. I was thinking may be if I can get intel G530 combo for that?
