Cheapest phone that can run WhatsApp

Hey ppl, i belong to Punjab n recently moved to delhi for a job. I own an iPhone 4 and for using my punjab no., need a phone that can run whatsapp. Should be the cheapest one. Plz recommend. Thanx

You can get a Nokia S40 phone. The following support whatsapp (although Ill be weary of the carriers not supported mentioned on their website)

you could also look at the lil more expensive Galaxy Y and LG optimus pro C660 - On your way to the Store

I use an x2-01. Whatsapp works perfectly! But Id suggest the C5-05. s40 sucks.
