please help me getting a connection for my mom in small town of west bengal

speed is not a problem as long as basic browsing is fine

basically the cheapest unlimited wireless internet for her laptop

no evdo so some gprs/edge might be good

by the way how is the usb modem based bsnl service?

any idea about the cost of setting up and monthly charge?

if youre not interested in evdo, data card based on gsm and cdma(nic cards)are available from bsnl you can try that
