Storage Solutions checking seagate rma status?..what does this mean???

I checked my seagate rma status with accel frontline

it shows

ReplacementItemstatus : Ready for Delivery - Replacement Allotted

so does it mean that i can now go on and collect it from accel or they will deliver it to me
or it means that it will be delivered by seagate to accel and then they would notify me

i cant call accel as it is sunday...and
it shows
ReplacementItemstatusdate : 11/4/2010 (4 th nov)

so is it ok if i collect it on 11th as my exams are going on and i cant go before 11th..

it means replacement have been alloted and your drive has arrived to accel....now you have to go to service center and collect your drive......If you are going on 11th then just call them tomorrow and let them know that you'll be coming on 11th to pick up your drive.....

you are sure they are not going to courier it to my place???...because my address has changed so just want to be sure

i am living in mumbai...rma given to accel
 
no they don't do home delivery because they need that customer copy which they gave you when you gave yur drive for replacement without that copy they don't give hard drive to anybody.... just call them up tomorrow and let them know about 11th....
