in exatt the dload & upload bw is the same. i.e if u take 256k exatt u will get the same dload & upload speed. 30 - 32kb on both streams. they are diff streams so if u dload @ 32kb ur uploads will also go at 32kb.
if u still want to check u can try this software. i used to use it on iqara, have never bothered checking speeds with exatt. bandwidth monitor pro.

every1 has exatt thru their local cablewala. exatt dont provide directly, maybe to offices.
