Checking Up and Down Speeds?

Hey Guys...
Is there any software or Webpage that i can check my Up and Down speeds.
Specially Up speeds because i just got Exatt and IT ROCKS!!!
But i dunno the upload rate.

Cant check via Bitcomet (coz im using the <5 walla profile which was posted in the P2P section)

in exatt the dload & upload bw is the same. i.e if u take 256k exatt u will get the same dload & upload speed. 30 - 32kb on both streams. they are diff streams so if u dload @ 32kb ur uploads will also go at 32kb.

if u still want to check u can try this software. i used to use it on iqara, have never bothered checking speeds with exatt. bandwidth monitor pro.
 
Arre buts its thru my Local Cable walla..

Anyways.. I can see my Bitcomet upload @ 17kbps....

So atleast its 128kbps..
