My Dahua camera also had it, I installed a custom firmware to block that and to also change them to english characters.
It's a known fact that chinese company products all have backdoor, there is a reason why DJI was banned by Us military. I use a seperate tablet for my DJI quad, it's always in aeroplane mode.( don't really care about the updates)

you should though. recent update of phantom 4 really improved its stability in high winds
Its a known fact that most products (Chinese or not) that can connect to internet can also send data. Smart TV's today send a variety of data back to their servers. This can be anything from usage data to voice recordings. LG was found in the past to be sending extensive data. Now they have made it part of their Terms of service.
