am unable to open documents in chm format. Is there anyway to convert the chm to pdf format.. Plese help me

.chm files do not open if there is a # symbol anywhere in the path hierarchy where it is stored. Try copying the chm file to C:\ root directory and check if it works.

could be a problem with activeX file,

register "hhctrl.ocx" using regsvr32 from "windows\system32"

They also wont open (or for that case any file) if the path+filename > 255 chars. Try shortening the filename.
