Choosing an ISP for Eroupe

Hey guys.I recently moved to Delhi from Russia.Im a player of Everquest 2.My server is in Amsterdam.For the last 9 months i am using Airtel and my ping is 500-600:huh: Its impossible to raid at all.Can anyone please suggest me the best ISP for Amsterdam ? with a Ping maximum 200 ?

Not funny/Im stuck here for some time:S How about little more than 200 ? 250-300 ?
The IP of my game server is 195.33.139.1 can anyone from delhi please ping it and suggest the best provider for it ?
 
Tata broadband has less than 250 ms pings to europe, all traffic to US east coast also pass from europe ( server in NY data center is ~250 ms from here ) . Airtel has routes through singapore so latency is quite high. I tried pinging ur server from tata but can't get reply ( ping blocks ? ) , so tried a ip in same range.

Pinging 195.33.139.5 with 32 bytes of data:
