4k definitely not , that's a different model, hdr not sure.

Nope never got box purchased it from US intended to use it, can provide charger and cable as I have couple extra at home.

It's pretty much unused from day 1 , as i purchased smart tv as soon as I got it like after 10 days so never got to use it much.
Sold on Olx. Mods close thread. Cheers @puns
