Citibank help

Any Citibank users here?
How many days does it take to open a Citibank account? What is the minimum first time deposit amount? What documents are required? Will i immediately get a debit card when i open an account?
To save forum bandwidth, yes its for using to purchase stuff online during sales.
If I cant get it on time i will have to rely on someone here to do the buying for me.

Since it is for online discounts, get a Citibank credit card instead of a bank account. That way you do not have to worry about min balance and stuff
Documents ... IIRC, 3 months salary slip and driving license should be enough. Annual charges are waives off if you spend >35k an year (this will depend on type of card)

Can't go for credit card, i'm not employed. Sale starts tomorrow. I might not get it on time anymore.
