Claiming Intel Processor warranty

Hi all, i have a Core i5 750 which i suspect to have kaput. It's still under warranty. How do i claim it? I had bought it from TE , so are there any authorized dealers ? I am from B'lore

I have overclocked , but i don't think this has to do anything with that . Will the warranty still be there? :(

Check this out, online chat support option. Talk with them first and then take it to suggested intel service station. Dont tell them u bought it second hand. Generally warranties are applicable to first/ original owner purchaser only. I have successfully rma'ed intel processor although i was in the wrong impression that its dead. Problem was with the PSU.

Part Replacement

Do note that u need to submit processor's original heat-sink with processor to avail warranty, its compulsary.

kindly rephrase your line , you bought it from the market section from some user in TE forum , lest people start thinking that TE is now selling :p
