I have some HDD which were purchased after 6months-1year from the date of manufacture(label on disk mentioned date/year/s.no.).
So the warranty as per website is being calculated via date of making and is mismatching with date of purchase !
Is there any way to claim full warranty if the bill is misplaced ? How to convince the service center guy ? It was not registered online
1 year/6 months of warranty lost ?
