Cleaning unused stuff, wife says i'm collecting garbage

1. Xbox one 500GB

Expected price: 9000
Shipping: Prefer local deal, else shipping at buyer's risk, cost shared at actuals on 50:50 ratio.
Condition: 4/5. Rarely used since purchased. Used to pull it out of storage once or twice an year. Was holding onto it since it was a gift. Decided to sell off recently after found that a rat chew some small bits of right analog stick (pics attached).
Date of purchase: Sometime 2017 I think.
Details: Games included are all digital, linked to my account. Ride 3 is purchased game, while RDR2, Blair wtich, Forza horizon 4 and Ace combat 5 are from gamepass. (Since xbox hasn't been connected to internet after 2019, these games still work. May disappear once connected as I dont have active game pass anymore. Ride 3 however will remain.

Details: Bought it to shoot some videos during our family vacation of 2022. Used again in 2023. Been in storage ever since. I charge it once in 5-6 months. But its sitting idle since then.
