Runs all apps pretty well. Video playback is also quite good as far as I have tested. Lag free up to 1080p60fps - x264.

Haven’t dabbled in custom ROMS but they might be available considering Samsung phones are easy to boot unlock. Check XDAForums.

I run POCO launcher as default for the smooth experience. Sent you a video on PM.
