I am looking for a PHP4 based CMS that will be used to host - Users Profiles.
Like his/her Bio-data.
User will login, Fill-up the forms, Upload his picture and Publish his profile in the net.
Just like Orkut without 'Community' or 'Groups'.
Can you pls suggest me which software to use....
I don't want to use a entire CMS (Drupal, Joomla) to be loaded.... I want a simple+small one.
