PC Peripherals Colour printer for home use

I need a printer for my 10 yr old for her school projects.
Requirements are:
1) Colour printer
2) Scan facility would be helpful (not essential)
3) Wi-fi capability would be very helpful
4) Small form factor
5) Usage would be very less - maybe a couple of times a week.
Budget - about 5000/-
Please help
 
Even I am looking for One
HP 3515 vs Canon Pixma MG 3170
Inkjet, Multifunction with Wireless around 5.5k
Any suggestions as which one to buy ??
 
I would suggest the Canon. the refills are easier and overall cost of usage over 3 years should be less.
