I am getting a secondhand deal for a monitor -

I know its not 144hz
I have a gpu that can drive 4k 60 fps
Its a temporary one i want see 4k and downscaling performance on 4k monitor later when i get a nice deal i will take a better 4k 144hz monitor. though i wont be able to drive 4k 100fps on newer games.
What do you guys think about this monitor ?
