All Mumbai folks using (and want to use) MTNL triband connection, we know that we pay a premium for the same service vis-a-vis Delhi folks. Please raise your issues for the same at this website under the 'Department of Telecommunication'

Grievance Redress Mechanism in Government

I have registered a complaint there. You need not go anywhere, just take a few minutes and do it. I hope if they get numerous such complaints, they may take some action :(
PS: This website may be known to many, but i found it today from my company bulletin board and hence thought of posting it here.
 
Hats off for you dude Mtnl is government company.

Approach is next to Fell on Deaf ears .

Lowering traiff here means losing revenue from 3 lakhs + cusomer base.

so Not a chance unless Competition like Airtel and Bsnl further reduce there rates :((((((

But that's what i told...you do not have to go anywhere personally. Just now as you are surfing the TE forum you can open another tab and make the complaint. See there is nothing to loose. Just give it a shot :)

well it would be really great if it works actually.

even i am loggin a case @ the same !

atleast for now i am totally happy with the MTNL NU plan -849. but man who knows when they might overcharge me ? :(

again the download limite alloted for a month is too low 1.25 gb :puke:

atleast 4.5gb should be alloted

I had logged a complaint against MTNL because they were causing delay in activating my triband connection and guess what happened today...

the guy who never picked up the phone called directly on my mobile and asked me the status of connection and said that he will send someone to get the signature to verify that my connection is active now...

This website has done wonders at least for now and that guy was hell scared and told me that they had received my number and complaint from his higher officials

Kudos to this government initiative.. :)
