i dont know if this is right thread for this prob ,
the dual core 1.7ghz seems to be running at 80c temperature even at 15%cpu usage, info from speed fan.
i need to need to know what will be the life of this lappy so i can sell it of it before it goes bust.the air coming out is like super heated stem .wtf is wrong with it.

first of all, try cleaning off the dust. Use a vacuum cleaner's blower to blow air into the fan intake. Also blow air through the exhaust after that. Remember to turn off the lappy first. It can bring down temps by good margin.

secondly, check if the manufacturer has released any BIOS update to reduce thermals for that specific models. Have seen such BIOS releases many times for my dell XPS lappy. Some BIOS might be buggy and doens regulate fan speed in accordance with the building heat.

third, if its under warranty, register a complaint about high temps. They should fix it/replace it if necessary.

lastly, u can get a cooling pad, but fixing the problem with any of the above step is better option. It shud cost you from 500 bucks to 1.5k.

remember not to block air vents while u work on it. also dont use it under direct sunlight for long. Mine once nearly died like that :)

if nothin works, and warranty has been expired, get a good TIM and get it applied by a serviceman and any lappy service shop. Buy any non conducting/capacitive TIM like MX-2, PK-1 or any other AL-oxide or CU-oxide based TIM to avoid risks.
