Dear Friends,

Can anyone suggest any compatible Value Mobo for my Processor Pentium 4 HT 641- 3.2 GHZ 2MB Cache - Ceddar Mill.
Preferably DDR3 support.

I am currently using ASUS Mobo with Nforce 610 Value Chipset with 1GB DDR2.
As I see DDR3 is very cheap. My Budget for Mobo is upto 3K.

It would be helpful if u specify any G41 model from GIGABYTE as I have got confused by many PC engineers saying G41 wont Support P4 HT 3.2 GHz.
Will my Processor support DDR3?

All ASUS G41 boards that are available support your processor "unofficially". You can go to PRIME ABGB and ask them for a board supporting your processor. They've tested a lot of boards(especially gigabyte and ASUS) for compatibility with old processors and know a great deal about it. While buying take your processor along to check it yourself.
 
I check out with lot of engineers finally one of my friend suggested Gigabyte G31 is safe bet.

I am getting in for Rs.2200/- + 2GB DDR2 800 for 1200/-
