Market Feedback Complaint against the cheating member named jassi

I 've mentioned this earlier before that the other card isn't mine & if i had the card with me, i would've mentioned it mine.

That makes no sense , just because you write that the card isnt yours doesnt mean that we will automatically assume that the card is not in your possession specially when you post pics of the card with your username & date & when the TE rules clearly state that you have to have every item you put up for sale in your possession. You have also mentioned the location of every card on sale as Haryana.

The card was in Haryana but there was a delay in the payment from jassi so my cousin had to ship it from Ahmadabad where he has to go for his training.

You cant sell some thing that isnt in your possession on TE , clearly at the time of listing only the 4850 was with you and the other cards were with your cousin , we can see that from the different hand writing in the proof screenshots.

And as far as the deal is concerned, i didn't forced anyone to buy stuff from me, i was only flexible about everything so i helped him.

I would be really pissed if i buy something from you & then had to deal with your cousin , if you aren't forcing anyone to buy from you then you should have returned the money instead of letting your cousin ship the card from Ahmadabad , even if you are right & jassi is wrong you wont get any sympathy from me .

keith again u r lying ...u said i delayed for payment ??? when i delayed man ...u shipped me ur card after a week i made payment and u r saying i delayed for payment ....

and y shouldn't u refund my money when i said u 4870 is faulty ?? u r not ready to refund my money coz u wanna sell ur other cards too ...

and y u involve ur stupid and greedy cousin in our deal ??? even u told this that other card is of ur cousin when after i make the payment ...
