I am looking for a computer for donate someone whose primary task is to attend online classes.

Budget is Rs 15000. It should be in good condition. Preferably i5 4th Gen onwards with 8GB RAM.
 
i was in the same boat earlier(had to get 4 devices for young cousins) and got the discarded corporate dells from honest computers(a shop in rohini,i had to get the PCs in gurgaon) . they also have a website with home delivery but won't link it here in case that breaks any rules(dm me if you want) . price has increased now for some reason(16.8k now for 256ssd/8gb ram,i got for ~15.5k ) but you can customize both(don't get a hard disk please). also can vouch for their service/replacement which was 100 days iirc as i had to replace one pc because of RAM issues and he did it.

and i assume your budget meant just for the PC and not the monitor/peripherals/webcam. if not so then forget everything i said lol.
