Our Security room omputer is not booting.
I think the cabinet beeper has not been installed, so I am not getting any beep which can help me diagnosise the reason of failure.
It does not have a graphic card and the output is through the motherboard only
Its having I7 2600 CPU.
The original bill or Box is not available, although it was bought last year oly through our cctv vendor so we have no idea of the actual shop. As we have a dispute with the vendor, he will not help us out.
My query is
1. Can i do a RMA based on serial number only
2. In case its a motherboard failure, can I get a loan motherboard in SP Road?
Is Ankit or AAshirwad the best people to goto for this work or can the members suggest someone else ?
Also is there any technician who can visit our premises in Jayanagar, Bangalore with at least a spare graphic card and check the computer and advise.
I also want to change the CPU and cabinet of my personal Desktop
The Athlon II X4 620 has to be replaced with Phenom 1090T
The generic Cabinet has to be replaced with CM 690 Advanced II USB3
I have already bought both the items
If any technician can do both the work together, that will also be fine
