first of all change the ram to gskill ripjaws x instead of vengeance....

reson is that gskills r more reliable and oc better + corsair uses a mix of "nanya" and" hynix" brand memory chips on their memories and out of these nanaya's quality is bad...so its ur luck whether u get hynix or nanya.....

then secondly u don't need 850 watt psu unless u plan on doing sli and crossfire in near future...

i would suggest getting 650 watt psu and put the saved money towards a gtx 570 instead of radeon hd6950......

and amd bulldozer is an utter failure don't even think about getting those crap chips.....

and if u go by my taste i would suggest nzxt phantom

or else take haf 912 with side acrylic window.....

If you are on maybe thought process for over-clocking, recommend you make up your mind soon, else you'll loose a fair bit of cash for no point, here is my recommend --
NON-OC RIG --

Intel Core i7 2600 ~ 16000/- + Cooler Master Hyper 212+ ~ 2100/-
Intel DH-67BL ~ 5800/-
G.Skill RIPJAWS 4GB x 2 1600MHz ~ 3300/-
Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 1TB ~ 4500/- [yeah hard drive prices have gone to the sky, thanks to floods in Thailand, more on same here --Thai floods boost PC hard drive prices | Reuters] -- performance boost in Black Edition Western Digital drives is not great, so don't blow money on that as well RMA service is finicky.
nVidia GTX 560 Ti 2GB [MSi / ZOTAC] ~ 16700/- [if you get this, sink your teeth into over-clocking, by pushing this card, it can be pushed till the levels of performance of a GTX 570] OR GTX 570 ~ 22500/- [if you do not want to over-clock] -- nVidia cards are better at productivity applications than their AMD counter-parts, also CUDA nad PHYsX are well integrated into applications like Autodesk MAYA / Adobe Creative Suite.
Corsair TX 750W ~ 7500/- [keeping in mind you are going for a GTX 570] OR Corsair TX V2 650W ~ 5400/- [in-case you stick to the GTX 560 Ti]
Corsair Carbide 400R ~ 5200/- [the best mid-tower in sub-6000/- range] OR NZXT Tempest EVO ~ 6200/- [another good pick with really good airflow and fan package]

If you want an OC RIG --
Intel Core i7 2600k ~ 17500/-
ASUS P8Z68 V-PRO ~ [no idea on the price as of the ongoing $ fluctuations]
Noctua NH-U12P SE2 ~ 3900/-
[Rest same as above]

Add a Wacom tablet if you use, later.
