Its a project by me (Saptarshi Bagchi) and my friend (Sayan Sil)... done as part of our course ... I felt that it is important to own a good computer workstation chair to get rid of long & short term problems like backpain, immobility, arm numbness etc.
Persons who dont own a ergo computer chair ... highly recommended that he/she should purchase a good one.
Persons who own it can also check if the chair he/she owns is upto its promise of functionality and comfort.
Thats why this guide is for ... you will find it useful before going to purchasing a new chair or making changes to the existing chair.
Its contents have been composed only after a long study from books and websites.
Also, it is professionally designed and is soothing to eye with soft music.
