PC Peripherals config for 30K

hi guys
one of my friends wants to buy a new pc budget 30K

hes adament on a intel config but im trying to convince him to get a amd
hes gonna use it for light gaming and surfing. he needs everthing including moniter, cpu, mobo ,cabinet,ram ,etc

will be helpful if you give me both intel and amd configs

yes but intel seems to go up with every new product.

(on regards to your frined, can someone tell me what 30k is in american dollars? then i'll be able to post something up for you)
