Config for a low end gaming pc?

My budget is 17-18k for the following components.

MotherBoard - ga p31 ds3l - (3.3k)
Processor - E5200 C2D (is this available?)
Ram Transcend 2GB (1.8k)
Grfx card 8600 GT (512 MB) palit - 3.9k
Seagate 250 / 320 GB
SMPS - maybe cm460 (2k)
Cabinet - (No idea)
Keyboard /Mouse - 1.5k

I have to go with nvidia directx 10 card hence 8600Gt . I don't intend to overclock , which cpu is good for this?

I have doubts on which PSU/Cabinet and processor (has to be intel c2d) to take. Suggestions...
 
Get a Zebronics Bijli (1.1k) and try to accomadate a HD 4670 5k also Keyboard mouse won't cost you more than 0.8k
 
I strongly recommend a 4670 but dat is not yet available in India probably and when it arrives, it would be hell costly.
So, rather get a 9500GT than a 8600GT for 4.5K and be happy. :)

It's always advisable to go for the recent generation card coz graphics cards are like changing every 6 months. :bleh:
 
Or you can get a HD4670 now from KMD for around 5k. But in case something happens to it, you will have to ship it back to KMD and have him get replacement from US.

9500 gt > 8600 gt

Also is the 9600 gso (384 MB) easily available , cost ?

Also I feel V.I.P psu 500 watts is also a good option.

Dude, 9600GSO is available at xtremegx.com IIRC. But 4670 is waay better. It even beats 9600GT in many games.
