Need an urgent config suggestion for my uncle's PC.. he will buy in a day or two...

Reqd:
2.8 - 3 Ghz should work fine for him.. thinking of 550 amd... but need a rock solid mobo to go with... gfx card ahve settle with 9600GT and nothing more needed on that front... LCD 19 inch would suffice... HDD 640 AAKS if available else a 500 GB WD...

Except 9600GT (heard ATI has heat issues) all other items are open for changes... i have given an idea of what his reqd are.. It would be used as a All in One PC..

Also suggest:
1. TV Tuner which works flawlessly on Windows 7 64 bit and 4gb RAM
2. An affordable AIO Printer, Scanner, Copier for occasional usage

Need a decent config on the above lines + indicative prices. Please help with your inputs.

Regards
neo

As mentioned, use the format to help us to help you. As for the TV Tuner. The best VFM Tuner out there right now is Hauppauge WinTV PVR150 MCE. I know that the site mentions that it has problems working with 64 bit OS with more than 4GB RAM but that’s just for the WinTV software. Have checked it out and the tuner works flawlessly with Windows Media Centre. So, if you are going to use Windows’s own media centre then get this card. It is not sold retail. Only OEM. Comes with Media Centre Remote and costs a little under 2k. All my friends are using this card for the past 3 years and are extremely happy recommending it to anyone.
