Confused between 2 good deals !

Guys,

I need to buy a netbook/notebook for myself. My requirements were more on the lines of a netbook since its easy to carry and not too heavy on the pocket.

I am currently getting a Samsung N150 for about 14.5k with a free external DVD writer. I had almost made up my mind on buying it when I came across the other deal, and it got me confused.

Packard Bell MH45 for 22k

Specs:

Core 2 duo T6400 2GHz

3GB DDR2

250GB HDD

15.4" WXGA

DVD super multi DL (whatever that means)

Windows Vista Home Premium

Now this one is not a netbook but am getting good specs. Cant seem to make up my mind. Which one would you go for?
 
^^ no doubt the specs are wonderful but i'm skeptical about the brand and aftersales, IMO laptops are devices which should have a good after sales support, no or less support is/can be a deal breaker in many cases.
 
packard bell is a regular brand in UK. Have seen a few lappies there. Though I dont know if they have after sales support in India. Dont get a laptop without the same no matter how good the specs appear.

I'm in Oman for work, and got this deal from City Center. Will be leaving tonight, so only have a few hours to decide.
