Congratulations Wasim Jaffer on scoring a double century against West India.

In the process, he became only the fourth Indian batsman to score a double in the West Indies, Sunil Gavaskar, Dilip Sardesai and Navjot Singh Sidhu having achieved the feat once each.

Congrats to Jaffer. Good to see another youngster rise to a feat of royal glory, just hope he doesn't lose his shine soon.
 
Did anyone see the 3 consecutive 6's that dhoni hit and the controvercy that followed...... man i enjoyed it :eek:hyeah: dhoni and lara had almost ended up in a direct confrontation when the declaration came.
 
That was a good innings though not flawless.
But, the real gem perhaps was Dhoni's innings for such good hitting on a slow track.

Now, Lara could only resort to controvery there, what else he could, definitely not his bowlers ;)
 
jaffer was always good...but never got into team..hes been scoring centuries since a long time in ranji..he got his chance now and hes enjoying it to the max
 
Draw by 1 wicket. India did seem to miss the services of a fifth bowler, read extra spinner. It was a good fight back though, after what happened in first two days.
