Graphic Cards Connected PC to TV but no sound.. plz help

I have connected my pc.(it has Geforce 9600GT card,HDMI) to my TV(Panasonic42 " LCD) by using a HDMI cable..HDMI cable one end goes to TV.. HDMI port.. and the other goes to Desktop graphics card Port.. the graphics card has DVI port ,so i have to use DVI-HDMI converter to connect to HDMI cable end... but in tv i have video tranferred from PC but no sound... help

so how to get audio to TV.. i have MSI 9600 GT graphics card.

If the card don't have HDMI or your motherboard don't have HDMI then you need to connect PC with external speakers to get audio.

if your tv has an audio jack then you can use a standard 3.5mm jack to connect them otherwise you'll have to connect the red and white jacks on the back of the tv using the appropriate rca cables.
