Hi all, I have a Samsung s22b370h monitor and it doesn't have hdcp, it do have a hdmi port and a vga port. I want to connect it with a Airtel Digital TV HD+ STB, I tried connecting it directly via the HDMI port but I was only able to get it till the STB boot screen, I think the channels didn't came due to the monitor being non-HDCP.
So anyone here has done such type of connection ? , can these cheap HDMI splitters: http://www.ebay.in/itm/New-HDMI-3-I...6?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_203&hash=item2a484b3cfc do the job of bypassing/stripping the HDCP signal ? Has anyone tried it ?
