Laptops Connecting to the Internet?

How do most of the laptop users here connect to the internet?

Has anyone used the Reliance or Tata Indicom wireless SIM card options for this or do is there any better option (other than a landline)?

I use Tata Indicom Walky to connect to internet at home. The speed is not so great, and I need to reconnect after 10-15 minutes because after that much time the speed reduces drastically. Sometimes it disconnects by itself. But it is OK for casual browsing. One of my friends is using Tata Indicom USB Modem Plug2Surf and it works at decent speeds, nothing extraordinary, though better than my Walky connection. But it does provide a portable solution.
 
I use the TATA Indicom Plug2Surf USB Modem. Its compact, works great, speeds are good for browsing (Around 12-15 kBps) and good range/network.

Highly recommended if you want internet on the go!
