CPU/Mobo Conroe in India...

I have a few questions.

1) When will conroe be available in India?

2) What will be the minimum pricing of the cpu?

3) What will be the price of a mobo as good as Asus A8N E for Amd, something as good a performer, equally stable and good overclocker while giving stable and high gaming performance

4) What is the cost of 1gb X 2 DDR 2 667 ram?

5) Are the prices likely to decrease in the next 3-6 months?
 
1) It will be available about 1 month after the Launch in USA.

So thats around August/Sepetember..

2) The E6300 should be around Rs.10000

3) The P5W-DH / P5B / P5B Deluxe, are the mobo's to watch out for.
Ive already seen em in Action at the Asus head office, Both the P5W-DH and the P5B Deluxe, with X6800's. Theyre rock solid, and overclock very well, as seen on XS :p. They should be like 3000 - 5000 Rs. above the USA Price.

They should be available in India pretty soon. Atleast the P5W-DH should be.

also, won't those mobos be around 15k, too expensive

how about the as rock for 4.5k or so and i supports ddr as well, how is that?
 
tB... its an *okey* Board... Nothing great... Also you wont be able to clock a conroe to high levels with that board...
 
No use.
Conroe is bandwitdh hungry, like any other Intel.
So youd better use DDR2.

Itll be Rs.5000 for 512mb*2 Sticks

The P5W-DH will be around 18k infact.
The P5B's should be cheaper.

Oye, 5000 for DDR2 667????

Last time i checked it was 5000 for DDR2 533.

DDR2 667 1x2GB currently costs 12-12.5k here.

Its corsair value, but the good thing is current stock seems to have rev D9. So they oc preety well.
