Console mode in UT3

Hi All,

Well i am confused. In the demo version of UT3 i was able to open the console mode by pressing the Tilde '~' button. But in the full version i keep on pressing it and no console opens

.

Please someone help me out and tell me how to do the same in the Full version.

I think there shud be a developers mode there , guys with UT3 help him out pls.....
