Joining back the forum for a public update on this case. As I had written clearly on my previous post on this thread, 'I' had given up (after being ignored by 'NIXI'). But the case has been reignited in an unexpected manner. I have been fooled and I will write exactly what has happened.
On April 3, 2025, I was contacted on call by NIXI's manager out of the blue and requested to submit a 'No Objection' on mail. I told him that I had completely given up thanks to my studies and career and that the domain still remains with Mitsu.in. He requested that
I send a mail to NIXI stating that I don't have any objection with NIXI or my domain! I was under the impression that this was being done for the sole purpose of letting NIXI know that I have given up. What I didn't know was - They were doing this to wash their hands off the mess they (NIXI) are responsible for (Letting scammers be registrars without background check and ignoring complaints for months).
Before I proceed, I'll mention why there can be 'No Objection' - The scammers Mitsu.in continue to keep my domain locked, without letting me migrate, or issuing me the refund at the very least. This case stopped being just about the domain and stretched over to full blown cyber bullying all thanks to NIXI being a mere bystander for months back then (and now years). My sister was tagged as an 'accomplice' who was quote "Trying to extort money from Mitsu." While 'I' can give up, NIXI cannot and must not allow such crimes to happen. NIXI must tell me how I am a "DDOS attacker", "Cyber Defacer" and what kind of "extortion" me and my sister were attempting, as accused in written by Mitsu.in. Mitsu.in can't be allowed to remain a registrar after this pathetic scam. Here is the current status of my domain -
Coming back to the present, I had sent two No objections that day. Why? NIXI's manager wanted a simple 'No Objection'.
1. I sent my actual 'No Objection' specifying what I had in my mind. If you read this mail, it'd be clear that it was not really a 'No objection', rather, letting-go out of disappointment.
This mail contained my signature at the end as the words were mine.
2. NIXI's manager wanted a simple 'No Objection'. And he told me exactly what I should have written.
Which was unexpected, but I sent that regardless. Thinking that - fine, NIXI just wants to know that I have given up. Since the words were not mine, I didn't include my signature in this. No formalities - I just copied and pasted.
Five days after I sent them the mail,
the complaint I had registered against Mitsu.in on CPGRAMS (Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System) was disposed off saying that "complainant wants to close the matter"! What?
The complaint had been submitted on the CPGRAMS portal on
25/12/2023 and I have been tricked into closing it with my 'consent' by a simple mail to NIXI.
I had not been told by NIXI that they were asking me my 'No Objection' to close my complaint on CPGRAMS.
This case can't be closed by NIXI. They are responsible for me finding Mitsu.in as the scammers were listed by them on the accredited registrars list. .IN Registry continues to list these scammers knowing well what they have done with me.
