Even after a month after complaining, the vodafone guys are busy playing with the pug. They always promise to resolve in 24-48 hours but there's no hint of anything.

So decided to contact the nodal officer. Should I call or email him/her and what do I tell him? Should I say about the complaint registered and not resolved (its a little long story) or just tell my complaint?

You can just send an email, include a detailed history of the complaint.

I had faced an issue when porting my Vodafone number, the customer care guys said they will reject the request as I had availed some MNP promotional offer. Anyway a mail to the nodal officer fixed the issue in less than 24 hours.

Wow, you waited for a month? Never mind l too learned the hard way that once the customer care is not able to keep their initial promise of 24-48 hrs, it means that they really can't do anything for you.

Just escalate the matter to the nodal officer, your matter will get resolved in about a day.

I stopped contacting customer care for issues. All the time i wrote a mail to znodal officer and 9 out of 10 times my issues are solved in less than 24 hours.

Hmm.... even till now I haven't received any email or call from the nodal. I sent him/her an email on sunday.

After 2-3 emails, I got a call.

A lady called me yesterday, asked me a few things and said that she will check with the system and call me back.

Till now, now call back received, instead I got an sms asking me if I was satisfied with resolution provided for my ticket no. No resolution has been provided to me. Any idea for continuing this complaint? I think I will visit their store.
