Converter for Nokia and settings

Hi,

I used to convert videos for my N 78 using Total Video converter about a year ago or so and then I had an I touch, which I recently lost :(

I actually forgot the settings which I used to use to play those videos on my phone at 30 fps, and now each setting that I try just doesn't work for my phone

The default 'for nokia mobile' settings produce an awful video at 10fps

So I was just wondering if anyone knew the correct settings to use for a good video conversion on TVC or probably a better converter to use for videos on N series phones ?

i use these settings in Format factory....

Video------>All to mobile device------> Nokia ----->Nokia mp4 320x240 MPEG-4 (DON'T use Nokia N7x setting here for it converts to crappy 3gp )

Type: mp4

Vid size: 320x240

Vid Bitrate: 256kbps

fps : 18 (you can decrease this if u want smaller size... )

Encode 2 pass : yes

audio bitrate: 128 kbps

audio channel : 2
