Just discovered this, dunno how many of you knew about it :

Middle-click on a link and it opens in a new tab.

Really cool, na ?
 
heh thought everybody knew this.
Been using this since 3 years with netcaptor and then opera.

You can also:
middle click on tab to close it
middle click on an empty space on the tab bar to open a new tab
middle click on an empty space on webpage to enable panning

opera rocks big time sorry fire fox lovers
but once u start using it with mouse gestures on belive me
u will uninstall any other competng browser
 
Absolutely right,after being used to Opera u don't want to touch another browser.

Here is one cool mouse shorecut

To go forword: click the left,right mouse buttons in succession
to go backward is reverse of the above i.e. right and then left
