I recently purchased 2 blade master fans. But, most motherboards have only one 3 pin header and one 4 pin header. In most cases these are already used. Moreover I planned to use one of these as the second fan on 212+ cpu cooler and blademaster is the recommended fan for the 212+, but how am I supposed to connect both these to the 4 pin header.? Please bundle a molex to 3 pin converter and a 4 pin pwm Y-cable. For a huge company like cooler master, it will cost less than Rs. 5 to get these cables.

I donno wic model i had bought the cheapes CM fans one witout Leds ,i got one 3pin to 4 pin converter accidentaly with the package 
, but other fan did not have one, on enquiring with the dealer i got to knw dat CM dont ship the same and i was lucky dat i got 1 frm smwhere , as my system fan has both types of connectors i was saved , i connected my system fan and 1 CM fan to the 4 pin connector and the other CM fan to the 3 pin connector on board

Could you address this issue please.. I am having a tough time finding the 4 pin to molex converter myself..
