The Elite 430 Black has both the convenience of tool‐free installation and the option to use

GPU Support
Elite 430 Black will support the latest GPU including the HD Radeon 5970. The longest GPUs will fit without issues with 315mm or 12.4†of GPU clearance. Support for long video cards is a main advantage of the Elite 430 Black.

Tower Cooler Support
The largest tower coolers including the V8 and Hyper 212+ are well accommodated in the Elite 430 Black.

Thumbscrew PCI retention cards
By omitting a plastic retention system, double width GPUs can be installed just as firmly as the best tool‐free systems available.

Water cooling outlets
For additional water cooling options, the Elite 430 has water cooling outlets that can support water cooling.

CPU retention hole
A simple hole allows for increased support of 1366 and AMD motherboards. A CPU retention hole provides easy removal of CPU coolers without removing the motherboard.

This will not take over the Gamma, period! Cable management is going to be a PITA with this case and the pricing will not be <2k since MSRP is 60USD.

The straight hard drive cage akin to the CM590 is a welcome addition though.

A case at that price that can fit a 5970 and with all those fan options it should cool very well. Fantastic !!

Elite 370
Cooler Master reveals the Elite 370 mid-tower case | TechConnect Magazine
The new, low-cost chassis includes three exposed 5.25-inch bays, tool-free installation for optical drive and HDDs, a front I/O panel with audio and USB 2.0 ports, dust filters for the top and bottom intakes and one 120mm exhaust fan at the rear. Also, part of the motherboard tray has been cut out so as to enable easy installs of coolers that require a backplate.

Not bad for the price range, and can fit long card. As others have said, cable management would be a pain.

2.3k would be awesome. The NZXT Gamma seems to have some competition finally at that price.
