My laptop Dell SXPS[Intel Core i7 720 + ATI 4670] heats up like all other gaming laptops. So after days of research on cooling pads, I found Notepal Infinite is best suited for me & I think, I made my decision correct by buying this. Before buying this, I have also tested local made/china cooling pads costing 150 - 600 INR. But none of them were successful to reduce my laptop temp nor comfortable to keep on my lap. But Notepal Infinite won my heart, like many others', as it reduced temps & also comfortable to keep on lap for hours.[Long run was 3.5Hours]
The well-built, good looking Infinite has 8.5 degree tilt which makes really nice to type & also 4 anti-slip rubber strips works well keep the notebook in place. It comes with adjustable fan speeds viz. High, Med and Low. The fan sound is much noticeable in high speeds.
The 9-cell battery helps in more elevation & hence more air flow. & For others, there are four anti slip rubbers to elevate the lappie.

The CM website claims that it can reduce temps up to 17C.

So Notepal Infinite reduced GPU temp 4~5C
Pros :
- Heat outlet is at rear
- Can be used on bed, couch, lap (practically anywhere)
- Cooling is really good & effective.
- Build quality is good
Cons :
- Fan sound is noticeable at High speeds.
- Less availability in cities I searched (Hyderabad, Secundrabad)
Well some people said, its heavy & wont be much comfortable to use it on lap. But I didn't feel it heavy & it's comfortable for me to use on my lap. I am a very heavy user of laptop & while in normal usage, Notepal Inifite reduced temps by 6~7C ! It made it cool & using my XPS blissful
