It will fit in ur PSU. AFAIK replacing Fan from PSU will void warranty of ur PSU.

i don't need the warranty..bcoz the warranty period is over n my fan is not spinning properly..stutters n spins..dnt want my capacitors n inductors in the psu to bust due to overheat!!!

Use a better fan for ur PSU, 40 CFM would be less...
